- Support hours: Typically we work Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm and Sundays, 8am to 12pm - Brazilian Time (GMT-3). Support is provided by the same developers writing the software, all of which live in Brazil. We cannot respond to tickets outside of our working hours.
